A global real estate professional with 30+ years in real estate finance and transaction management, Leigh Anne built her career doing one thing exceptionally well: walking into high-pressure, high-stakes rooms and finding the creative solution everyone else missed.

As VP of Transaction Management at Cushman & Wakefield for over a decade, she represented Fortune 500 clients — including Humana and Carrier Corporation — leading teams and managing their real estate portfolios nationwide. Earlier, she advised giants like Citigroup, Lehman Brothers, and Tishman Speyer, and served as embedded advisor to Kmart through what was, at the time, the largest retail bankruptcy in U.S. history.

In other words: she’s negotiated in rooms full of lawyers, modeled deals with nine zeroes, and delivered results when the pressure was highest.
